home.
- Begin by selecting your new home ... then with
the help of our design consultant ... customize the design to suit
your specific requirements and lifestyle.
- Preliminary testing is started on your land.
- Sign Building Contracts before all relevant
permits and documentation can be processed.
- Our qualified Colour Consultant will help you to
select from our vast range of colour options in our specialized
selection room.
- Once your finance has been finalized Merrigal
Homes can commence the construction of your new home and we’ll
give you an estimated completion date.
- Once completed ... Merrigal Homes hands over your
new home ... On time and as you imagined it.
